Almond Parmesan Topping

A super quick and delicious almond parmesan topping that can be used as a dairy free alternative to parmesan cheese
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 70 grams of whole almonds
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender. 
  • Blitz to desired consistency, the longer the finer the texture. 
  • Serve as a topping on your favourite dishes. 
  • Store in the refrigerator and keep for several weeks
