Peanut Butter and Oat Smoothie

A peanut butter and oat smoothie that tastes like a milkshake
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 2 large glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 600 ml oat milk or milk of choice
  • 50 g oats
  • 2 peeled bananas
  • 2 tbls peanut butter
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbls ground flax linseeds

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
